The REGISTRATION FORM for G-EQUAS is only intended for new participants. Already registered laboratories should not fill it out again!

 

For the registration of your lab (first contact!) please send your contact information to info@g-equas.de. We will assign you a lab-ID number and a password for ordering and transmitting results online.

Please use this Lab-ID for any contact/correspondence (for easier identification purposes) and ensure that your contact data is always up to date.
